If the order never arrives
When a publisher does not deliver, the payment returns to your Linkitify balance. You can order the same website from another publisher. Their price can be different.
Where a refund sits
Refunds return to your account balance so you can place a replacement without waiting on a card. Spending that balance is optional.
Writing fees
If you ask the publisher to write the article, their writing fee is added per article. Two articles at an $8 writing fee cost $16. The fee is the publisher’s, and it is the same on every site they own.
Your brief is part of the order
Send a target URL, anchor and article the publisher can use. A rejection that follows the content rules already on the listing is not a failed delivery.
