Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when Linkitify may release, refund, or withhold reserved funds related to marketplace orders.

General rule

Buyer funds are reserved at order placement. Funds are released to the publisher (minus platform commission) after the buyer approves delivery. Until approval, funds remain protected under marketplace rules.

Eligible refunds

• Publisher rejects the order or fails to deliver within agreed turnaround without a valid extension
• Delivery is cancelled under marketplace policy before approval
• Admin determination that the listing was fraudulent or materially misrepresented

Revisions

Buyers should request revision when delivery does not match the brief. Reasonable revision rounds are expected before cancellation. Repeated bad-faith revision requests may be denied.

Non-refundable situations

• Buyer-approved deliveries
• Change of marketing strategy after approval
• SEO ranking or traffic outcomes (never guaranteed)
• Buyer-provided content that violates publisher guidelines after acceptance of those guidelines

Deposits & withdrawals

Unused wallet balances may remain available for future orders. Withdrawal of buyer deposits, where permitted, follows finance review. Publisher withdrawals are paid only from available credited balances.
