These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Linkitify, a marketplace that connects buyers of digital placements with publishers who list websites and services.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Linkitify may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or marketplace policy.

2. Marketplace roles

Buyers purchase placements using wallet funds. Publishers list websites, set prices, and fulfill orders. Some users may operate as both. Platform fees and commissions are disclosed at checkout or in account settings.

3. Orders & delivery

Order prices are calculated server-side from publisher listings. Funds are reserved when an order is placed. Publishers must deliver according to the agreed brief. Buyers review deliveries and may approve, request revision, or cancel under the refund and marketplace policies.

4. Prohibited use

• Fraudulent metrics, fake ownership, or misrepresented inventory
• Illegal content, malware, or deceptive placements
• Circumventing escrow to avoid fees or protections
• Harassment, scraping abuse, or unauthorized access attempts

5. Intellectual property

Linkitify branding, software, and interface remain our property. Buyer content supplied for publication remains the buyer’s responsibility for rights and claims. Publishers remain responsible for content they host.

6. Limitation of liability

Linkitify provides a marketplace and ledger tooling. We do not guarantee SEO rankings or traffic outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid to Linkitify for the disputed transaction.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
