What Linkitify collects, why we keep it, and how you can ask for a copy or deletion.

1. Who we are

Linkitify operates this marketplace. Privacy questions go through the contact page.

2. Account data

When you register we store your name, email, role, and the optional company, phone and country you add later. Publishers also store website details they choose to list.

3. Order data

We keep briefs, messages, invoices, live URLs, payout requests and the status of each order so both sides can see what happened. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on Linkitify servers.

4. How we use it

We use this data to run the marketplace: sign-in, order delivery, moderation, fraud checks, payouts, support, and the transactional emails those actions require. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Account and order records stay while the account is open and for as long as we need them for invoices, disputes and legal duties. You can ask us to delete personal data that we no longer need to keep.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, export or deletion by using the contact page. If you are in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority. For Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission.
