PART 2 — STEP-BY-STEP: HOW TO PUBLISH IT
Step 1: Open your website admin panel
Open your website's admin/dashboard login page and sign in. If you do not know the admin URL or password, ask the person who built the website. Do not share your password in chat.
Step 2: Find the blog area
In the dashboard menu, look for a section named Blog, Posts, Articles, Content, or Manage Blog. Click it, then choose Add New, Create Post, or New Article.
Step 3: Add the article title
Copy the Blog title / H1 from Part 1 and paste it into the main Title field. Do not paste the whole article into the title field.
Step 4: Paste the article body
Open the blog text in Part 4 of this document. Copy the article starting from the first paragraph under the title and paste it into the large Content / Body editor. If the editor has a Visual and HTML/Code mode, use Visual mode. Keep headings as Heading 2 (H2) and subheadings as Heading 3 (H3), rather than making every line a large heading.
Step 5: Set the URL slug
Find Permalink, URL, Slug, or Post URL. Enter: guest-post-marketplace-guide. The full address should become https://linkitify.com/blog/guest-post-marketplace-guide/ or follow the URL structure your website uses. Do not change the website's URL structure just to match this example.
Step 6: Add SEO title and meta description
Find an SEO panel such as Rank Math, Yoast SEO, SEO Settings, Search Preview, or Meta. Paste the SEO title and meta description from Part 1 into their matching fields. Do not put the meta description in the article body.
Step 7: Add focus and secondary keywords
If your editor has a Focus Keyword field, enter guest post marketplace. Add the secondary keywords only if there is a field for them. If there is no such field, do not worry; use the phrases naturally in the article. Never repeat keywords unnaturally.
Step 8: Choose category
Choose or create the category SEO & Link Building. Avoid creating several almost-identical categories.
Step 9: Add a featured image
Upload a relevant, licensed image that you own or have permission to use. Set the filename to guest-post-marketplace-linkitify.webp before uploading if possible. Add the alt text from Part 1 in the image's Alt Text field. Use a clear image; avoid logos or stock images that imply unsupported claims.
Step 10: Check links
The article includes links to Linkitify pages and official Google resources. In the editor, highlight the relevant words, choose Insert Link, and paste the matching URL if links did not transfer automatically. Test each link after publishing. Remove or correct any link that gives an error.
Step 11: Preview before publishing
Click Preview. Check the page on both mobile and desktop if possible. Confirm the title, paragraphs, headings, table, image, links and FAQ are readable. Check spelling and make sure no editor notes or SEO settings appear inside the article.
Step 12: Publish
If everything is correct, click Publish (or Schedule if you want a later date). Confirm the publish action if the dashboard asks. Then open the live article in a new tab and check it again.
Step 13: Request indexing
Open Google Search Console for Linkitify. Use URL Inspection, paste the live article URL and inspect it. If Google says the URL can be indexed and the page is ready, click Request Indexing. This asks Google to crawl the page; it does not guarantee indexing or rankings.
IMPORTANT: If you cannot find a Blog or Add New Post button
Stop before changing website files or database settings. Your site may use a custom admin panel or may not yet have blog publishing enabled. Send a screenshot of the dashboard menu (hide email addresses, passwords, tokens and private customer data). I can then guide you using the exact buttons visible on your screen.
PART 3 — SEO CHECKLIST BEFORE YOU PRESS PUBLISH
☐ One clear H1 title; use H2 for main sections and H3 for subsections.
☐ SEO title and meta description are entered in SEO settings, not pasted into the article body.
☐ URL slug is short, readable and uses the primary topic.
☐ Featured image has a descriptive filename and accurate alt text.
☐ Internal links point to real, relevant Linkitify pages and work correctly.
☐ External links point to useful authoritative resources and work correctly.
☐ Article is readable on mobile and does not contain broken formatting.

☐ Paid placement guidance is accurate; do not imply paid links guarantee Google rankings.
☐ Page has a self-referencing canonical URL and is not accidentally marked noindex.
☐ Article is included in the XML sitemap (if your CMS handles this automatically, verify the sitemap updates).
☐ Google Search Console has no obvious indexing or page experience errors.
PART 4 — THE BLOG ARTICLE
Copy the article below into the main Content / Body editor. The blog title is already provided in Part 1; many website editors automatically use it as the H1. Avoid adding a second H1 inside the body.
Choosing the right guest post marketplace can make publisher outreach, content placements and link-building campaigns easier to manage. Instead of spending hours searching for websites, contacting individual editors and negotiating prices, businesses can use a centralized platform to discover publishing opportunities and manage orders.
For SEO agencies, digital marketing professionals, growing businesses and website owners, the important thing is not simply finding more websites. It is finding relevant publishers, understanding their editorial requirements, comparing available placement options and keeping the entire process transparent.
This is where Linkitify aims to simplify the process.
Explore Linkitify to learn about its guest posting, link insertion and sponsored article services.
What Is a Guest Post Marketplace?
A guest post marketplace is an online platform that connects advertisers with website owners and publishers who accept external content or sponsored placements.
Traditionally, businesses had to search for blogs, identify website owners, send individual outreach emails, negotiate publishing prices and follow up on every order.
A guest post marketplace brings these activities into one organized environment.
Depending on the platform, users may be able to:
Discover publishers across different industries.
Compare website niches and available metrics.
Review publishing requirements and prices.
Submit articles or content briefs.
Request contextual link placements.
Track publishing progress.
Review completed placements.
For businesses running multiple SEO campaigns, this centralized workflow can reduce administrative work and make publisher management easier.
Why Businesses Use Guest Post Marketplaces
Finding the right publisher is often more difficult than writing an article. A website might have attractive authority metrics but an audience that has little relevance to your business.
A more thoughtful approach considers several factors.
1. Topical Relevance
Choose publishers whose content relates to your industry, products or target audience.
For example, a software company may benefit more from being featured in a relevant technology publication than an unrelated general-interest website.
2. Real Website Traffic
Look beyond a single authority score.
Consider organic traffic estimates, traffic trends, ranking keywords and whether the website attracts an audience that could genuinely be interested in your content.
3. Editorial Quality
Review existing articles before selecting a publisher.
Look for original content, meaningful information, clear writing, relevant sources and consistent editorial standards.
4. Transparent Pricing
Understand what the listed price includes.
Check whether article writing, editing, publishing, revisions and other services are included or charged separately.
5. Clear Publishing Terms
Before placing an order, understand the expected delivery time, permitted topics, link attributes, publication conditions and replacement or refund terms.
A reliable process should make these details clear before checkout.
How to Choose the Right Guest Post Website
Not every website is suitable for every campaign. A good publisher selection process starts with your business objectives.
Here are some important considerations:
Evaluation factor
What to check
Website niche
Relevance to your industry
Organic traffic
Traffic estimates and trends
Authority metrics
DA, DR and other third-party indicators
Content quality
Originality and editorial standards
Audience
Country, language and readership
Outbound links
Relevance and editorial practices
Pricing
Total cost and included services
Publishing terms
Delivery and placement conditions
The goal should be to find publishers that make sense for your audience and campaign rather than selecting websites based on the highest numerical score.
Guest Posts vs. Link Insertions vs. Sponsored Articles
These three placement types serve different purposes.
Guest Posts
A guest post is a new article published on another website.
It is useful when a business has an informative topic, industry insight or original research that deserves its own article.
Explore Linkitify Guest Post Services.
Link Insertions
A link insertion places a relevant reference within an existing article.
This option may be appropriate when an already-published article provides useful context for the linked resource.
The existing page should be reviewed for relevance, quality and editorial suitability.
Explore Linkitify Link Insertion Services.
Sponsored Articles
Sponsored articles are paid editorial placements that communicate a commercial relationship.
They are suitable for product announcements, company news, brand stories and promotional content.
Explore Linkitify Sponsored Articles.
Important: Paid placements should be disclosed appropriately, and links should use the relevant `rel="sponsored"` attribute (or `nofollow` where appropriate). Paid links should not be presented as ordinary editorial endorsements.
How Linkitify Simplifies Publisher Management

Linkitify brings together key parts of the publishing workflow.

What Makes a Good Backlink Strategy?
A sustainable SEO strategy should focus on more than the number of backlinks acquired.
Consider these principles:
Relevance over quantity: A relevant editorial mention is more meaningful to readers than an unrelated placement.
Useful content: Publish original material that genuinely answers questions and provides additional information.
Natural references: Links should make sense within the surrounding content.
Transparent paid relationships: Disclose sponsored placements and qualify paid links appropriately.
Diversified marketing: Combine useful content, digital PR, relevant industry mentions, technical SEO and audience development.
Performance monitoring: Track organic traffic, conversions, referral visits and relevant search visibility rather than relying on one authority metric.
No guest post marketplace can guarantee a particular Google position, traffic increase or AI-search recommendation.
